Giants Fingers

The Giants Fingers neighborhood is located within the Outer Banks district of Lysium, near the docks and the Glancing Giant Lake. Made up of a number of single-family homes and owned by various real estate moguls in Lysium, these small abodes are rented out on a seasonal basis to single persons or small families. Being a relatively large neighborhood in the Outer Banks the homes are the most affordable residential areas in all of Lysium – discluding the Kadin Barracks which are only available to those in the military – due to their small size, generally mediocre status, and location in the Outer Banks, a district known for a lower income than the other districts within the great walls of the city.

Only one-floor plan is available in the Giants Fingers neighborhood, a simple 400sq.ft open square layout each supplied with the basic starting furniture for one. Additional furniture, including beds for additional residents, needs to be bought by the renter.

The houses are located relatively close to each other, lining both sides of a wide street path in the district. Only a few blocks from the docks and the lake, the neighborhood is in a generally good location, although the smell of the daily catch might be more prominent than some might be comfortable with.

Rent at this location is the same for each house as they are all the same, at 1 silver coin per day, and 9 gold 1 silver per 91 day season.
