Wilderness Survival
The Wilderness Survival skill is a Knowledge Specialization skill characters can earn XP in. A character’s Wilderness Survival skill represents their ability to cope and adjust to the difficulties of a specific environment. Characters who have a high Wilderness Survival skill typically are rangers, hunters, or hermits who can adapt to even the harshest and unpredictable settings.
Wilderness Survival encompasses several activities such as: making shelter, protecting oneself from extreme temperatures, and avoiding local hostile fauna. Wilderness Survival does not include creating fires, navigating the landscape, or gathering food or water as this would be under the Survival core skill.
Wilderness Survival is split up into several categories. When listing Wilderness Survival as a skill, please list the specific categories you have chosen to learn as well as the name of the skill (e.x. Wilderness Survival (Forest, Ocean, Grassland)).
