Physical Characteristics

Appearance:

• The pouch is crafted from supple, midnight-blue leather, adorned with silver threading that mimics constellations.
• It is small enough to fit comfortably in the palm of a hand or be tucked into a pocket.
• Inside, it contains a collection of small, smooth stones, each about the size of a thumb. The stones exhibit a variety of hues – from deep amethyst to a soft sea-green.

Magical Elements:

• Under moonlight, the stones emit a gentle, ethereal glow, pulsating softly as if breathing.
• The light is not bright enough to illuminate a path but sufficient to add an otherworldly ambiance to the surroundings.

Magical Properties

General Abilities:

• Luminescence: The stones’ glow is purely magical, activated by the touch of moonlight.
• Trading Value: The stones are highly sought after by collectors and artisans, making them valuable in trade.

Limitations:

• Light Limitation: The stones only glow under natural moonlight. Artificial light or sunlight will not activate their luminescence.
• Duration: The glow lasts as long as the stones are exposed to moonlight and fades gradually once removed from it, retaining their light for up to an hour post-exposure.
• Fragility: Despite their magical nature, the stones are as fragile as regular pebbles and can be chipped or cracked if not handled with care.

Lore and History

Origin:

• The exact origin of these stones remains shrouded in mystery. Legend speaks of them being the blood droplets of the fallen God of Gems, Imser.
• Another tale tells of the stones being pure Rigen, tears of Nilata, or even remenants of The Change Days portal now housed in common stones.

Location:

• Can be found anwhere small stones and pebbles can be found. Caves, rivers, beaches, etc. But are very rare.
