Basic Skills

Basics skills are all available skills characters can start off with or learn IC that do not follow the standard 4 tier progression system used by Learned Skills. Basic skills have their own tier system and methods of earning tiers and thus players cannot earn XP in these skills. All Basic skills can be learned IC at any point in a character’s story, even if the player does not take certain Basic skills at the start.
