Meditation is the practice of finding balance and peace within one’s mind. Meditation is used to better oneself through introspection, come to terms with and understand past experiences, prepare oneself for future deeds, to clear one’s mind of distractions, and more. Advanced levels in the meditation skill represent a honed ability to controls one’s emotions and limit distractions, as well as a deep understanding of one’s own psychology.
