God of Travel

History

Citah is the only God with only one Domain. The God of Travel may seem insignificant, but back on Anore Citah was greatly revered. During the Domain War Citah was relatively quiet, but took sides with Nysem, God of Honor and Truth, whom he was very close with. The two were easily persuaded by Issias to stop their fighting when the time came. Citah was the one who came up with the idea for the Rigen portal to transport the Anorians to another planet, when all other ideas failed. He would need Nilata’s help, but the portal was a burden mainly on his shoulders.

The construction of the portal was extremely tolling on Citah, and he fell into a deep sleep after The Change Days completed. Irtin, God of Healing and Health, has been watching over the fallen God ever since, attempting to help him recover. Irtin managed to wake Citah in Year Seventy-two, a historical date, but the God was still extremely weak. Even in the current Year he is still recovering and his state has only very slightly improved.

Domain

Citah’s domain is Travel, from walking across the street, to sailing across oceans. Even the birds flying in the sky owe thanks to Citah. At least that was the case on Anore. On Siliren his presence is little felt. Before he was able to wake, long distance travel was almost non-existent after each race found a place to settle. Upon his awake he attempted to re-instill the need to explore in Siliren, and the races began travelling the world. Most significantly, the Humans felt the need, and a year later discovered the Hellbends.

However the God is still very weak, and so travelling within Siliren is somewhat difficult and dangerous. Old folk tales and rumors say that back on Anore travel was effortless and constant. Some even believe that teleportation existed in Anore’s prime, though there is no proof of this.

Interaction

Citah does not have basically any first hand interaction on Siliren as he is too weak to do very much. While his limited power does run through the planet, he, himself, has never set foot on the earth.

Religion

Many Anorians worship Citah for his sacrifice in creating the Rigen portal from Anore to Siliren. However because of his lack of interaction with the current world causes mass worship to be rare. Currently there are no large organizations that come together to worship Citah, and no races or cities name him as their main God. The Anored Humans know every little about Citah, since he has never directly impacted them.
