Lysium’s architectural design is characterized by tightly-knit structures within the city walls, while the outskirts comprise of more one-story buildings that are typically made of wood. The Outer Banks district is mainly comprised of single-family, stand-alone homes that are often owned or rented by locals. As one ventures further into the city, the buildings become larger and more elaborate with multi-story apartments being the most common housing option. The cost of living increases as one moves toward the city center with the most affordable apartments being located in the Military District, and the most luxurious and exclusive ones being found in the Government District.

The apartments are compact, but comfortable, with basic furnishings and amenities such as a small courtyard. The building itself is historical, one of the first military buildings built for the city, and some features such as well-secured thick iron doors and windows still remain. Rent is relatively affordable, starting at just 2 silver pieces a month, making it an ideal choice for those on a budget.

This is a prestigious apartment complex located in the heart of the Government District of Lysium. The Tower boasts magnificent views of the city and the surrounding urban landscape, and is known for its luxurious amenities such as a private garden, small private and public balconies, and an onsite bath.
