Player Sheet Guide

Published by admin on

Player Sheets exist in the Player Sheet forum, and contain all relevant information about you, the Player. The purpose of the player sheet is to connect players to their PCs and provide information to other players about your writing interests. Below are all the required and suggested sections to include in your Player Sheet.

Note: You are allowed to post basic personal information (I.e. name, age, gender, pronoun preferences) within this section, throughout the site, and in Discord Chat; however, we always suggest you use extreme caution when sharing personal information online.

Username (Required)

Your Player Username is required to be listed here. This username is separate from your Character Username.

Account Type (Required)

There are two options for account types: Player and Moderator. Unless you have applied and been accepted as a Spirit Moderator, your account type should be listed as a player.

If you are a Moderator, state  that here and specify what kind of Moderator you are (I.e. City/Creation/Wandering/chat). List all forums you are in charge of, and link your Office thread.

Character Status (Required)

Active Character

List the usernames of every Active Character you have created, and include a link to each corresponding Character Sheet.  An Active Character is one that is played during the current season with at least one post made by the associated account.

Be sure to follow the rules listed in the Multiple Accounts Lore Article when more than one Character is active at a time.

Retired Character

List the usernames of every Retired Character you have created, and include a link to each corresponding Character Sheet. A Retired Character is one that a player is not currently playing.

Please read the rules on Retired Characters in this Lore Article.

Thread Interests (Suggested)

Explain or list the types of threads and writing topics you are interested in. Additionally, you can specify the types of threads you want to avoid.

While this section is not required, we highly suggest including it in your Player Sheet.
